To maintain the robustness, stability, and security of the OneWelcome Identity Cloud Platform, we will perform essential infrastructure updates during the maintenance window below.

Our services run across multiple instances for high availability; however, up to 5 minutes of service downtime may occur during the maintenance window.

Maintenance window: 20th August 2026, 18:00–19:00 UTC

This maintenance includes backend upgrades and the deployment of the latest security features.
